For families who are done playing email detective

The permission slip. The contractor's quote. The group email about Saturday's cookout. Handled.

Coord keeps track of your whole household, every practice, every project, every appointment, so everyone stays in sync and you're never the only one who knows.

No spam, ever. Just one note when Coord is ready for you.

The 9:47 PM scramble

The information exists. It's just buried in 50 emails, two inboxes, and one parent's head.

Your household receives a constant stream of school newsletters, coach updates, contractor emails, and appointment reminders. The real picture is in there somewhere, but finding it falls to one person. The one who reads every email, remembers the late start, and gets the worried “wait, when is that?” text at 9:47 PM. Coord reads all of it, so the mental load stops living in one person's head.

How Coord works

Connect it once, and watch it work.

Step 1

Tell Coord which senders to watch for.

The school, the league, the studio, the pediatrician. Coord looks for the email addresses and senders you tell it to, and leaves everything else alone. No forwarding each message, no copying and pasting, no new habit to keep up.

Step 2

Watch the schedule build itself.

Every practice, picture day, late start, and checkup gets organized automatically. Coord figures out which family member "the tournament" is for and what "Coach Ana" means, so a vague email turns into a clear event on the right person's schedule.

Step 3

Everyone sees the same picture.

Both parents. The nanny. Grandma, if you want. One shared, reliable view that updates the moment something changes, so no one's the last to know.

Still building

And there's more on the way.

Coord keeps getting smarter. Coming up: conflict radar that catches two household members double-booked on the same Saturday, and support for connecting Outlook, iCloud, and Yahoo Mail alongside Gmail.

Why Coord

Other calendars wait for you to type. Coord doesn't wait.

We love some of the family organizing apps out there. They make family schedules shared and visible. But they still lean on you to find the information and get it in. Coord works more like your household's personal manager, turning the email access you give it into events and to-dos for you.

Privacy & security, on purpose.

Coord only ever does what you tell it to.

Coord reads the activity emails you point it to, like the school newsletters, the coach updates, and the appointment reminders, and nothing else. It never sends email on your behalf. It never shares your information. It never acts without your say-so. The same goes for Coord Connect: conversations stay inside your family account, visible only to the people you've invited in. And if you'd rather not connect your email at all, Coord still works. You can add what matters by hand and still get the shared, organized picture for the whole family.

About Coord

What Coord does

Coord exists because so much of family life arrives by email, and email was never built to help you use it. School newsletters, coach updates, permission slips, appointment reminders, schedule changes: real information that matters, buried in a stream that never stops. Sorting through all of it by hand, every day, for everyone in your household, is exhausting, and there's never been a smart, simple way to do it. Families should have a better way of keeping track.

Coord is the answer. It reads the emails you already get (and which you tell it to read), figures out what matters, and puts it somewhere the whole family can see, without anyone having to build a system, juggle multiple calendar apps, or leave handwritten notes scattered around the house. It's not replacing your judgment. It's just getting rid of the headaches that come from remembering, so that you can pay attention to the things that actually matter.

We're a small team building this because we needed it ourselves, not because a market study told us to. If something feels overbuilt or fussy, tell us. But we think you'll agree: Coord will make life easier, and can feel like magic when it does.
